JR’s Landscaping & Property Maintenance is a locally owned and operated company servicing the communities of Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey, Pine, Genesee, Lookout Mountain, Idaho Springs,
the west Metro Denver suburbs and the I-70 corridor through Summit & Eagle Counties.
It was founded in 1999 by JR Iannaccone with a military truck, some hand tools and a formidable work ethic. Within a year the company had grown to two crews operating two trucks doing full time landscaping and snow removal.
JR’s Landscaping endeavors to achieve the highest standard in residential & commercial landscaping, property maintenance, construction, tenant finish, snow removal and ice mitigation. We take pride in our honesty, integrity and expertise and look forward to integrating our capabilities with your vision and concept from ground break to project completion.
OUR SERVICES
We offer full-service landscaping services at virtually any scale including hardscape, xeriscape, irrigation and building maintenance.
This includes: retaining walls, flagstone, paver installation, regrading, drainage control, patios, decks, carports, patio covers, pergolas, complete irrigation system installation, water features, fire features, excavating, fencing, demolition, under-deck drainage systems, interior and exterior trim carpentry and paint / coating application.
Lawn maintenance, irrigation system maintenance, aeration, fertilization, pest control, sod installation, spring/fall cleanups, sprinkler system blow-outs and winterization.
Tree trimming, removal, planting, pruning, fertilization, stump grinding, and wildland fire mitigation.
In the winter months we offer commercial snow removal, ice management, holiday light installation and removal.
